RefindNYC by Housing Works supports our mission to end the dual crises of homelessness and HIV/AIDS through every purchase. Due to the unique, curated nature of our luxury and vintage collections, all sales are final unless an item is significantly misrepresented.

Return Process

  Review Policy

  Verify that your item is eligible for a return by ensuring it remains in its original condition with all RefindNYC tags attached.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer care team within 7 days of delivery with your order number and detailed photos of the discrepancy.

• 3.
  Ship Your Item

  Once authorized, securely package your item and use the provided prepaid shipping label to send it back to our New York boutique.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  After our specialists inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
